The partner program is a wholesale arrangement for repair shops, IT firms and other recovery labs. You send us failed USB, SD, microSD and SSD cases at partner pricing and keep the customer. Every case starts with a free evaluation, under No Data, No Data Recovery Fee, and our lab has worked since 1999 at a 98% success rate.
“A shop that sends us the case it cannot read keeps the customer and loses nothing. That is the whole idea.” — Bruce Cullen, founder, eProvided

Hand Your NAND Cases to a Lab That Does Them Every Day
Partner Pricing • No Data, No Data Recovery Fee • 27+ Years • 4.9/5 on Trustpilot (67 reviews)
A customer hands you a USB stick that snapped at the connector, or an SD card that now reads as empty. Most shops stop there and send the customer away. As an eProvided data recovery partner, you pass the case to a lab that works on NAND flash every week, starting with the bench where we recover failed USB sticks, and the customer never leaves you. Call us toll free at (866) 857-5950 for your sales person code, then register below at partner pricing.
Flash media fails in ways a general repair bench cannot read. The data sits on NAND memory behind a controller that scrambles and spreads it, so a dead connector or a corrupted card is not a software job. A partner program lets you say yes to that customer instead of no.
You keep the customer
The customer stays yours. You send the failed device to our lab, and we report back to you.
You stop turning work away
Shops, IT firms and recovery labs all see flash cases they cannot finish. Partner pricing lets you take those jobs without buying a NAND reader or learning controller layouts. The difference between a lost sale and a billable job is one phone call.
You get an answer before paid work starts
Every partner case starts with a free evaluation. We tell you what is recoverable before any paid work is approved, and the same guarantee applies to your customer as to ours: No Data, No Data Recovery Fee.
Types of Devices Recovered
Partner cases cover the four device families below. If a customer’s device fits one of them, send it to us under your partner account instead of turning the job away.
Any USB flash drive, thumb drive or jump drive, including snapped connectors and monolithic sticks.
Any SSD type device, PCIe and SATA. Modern SSDs are handled by reviving the original controller, because the drive’s encryption key lives inside it.
Any camera card: CompactFlash, SD, SDHC, microSD and MS Pro Duo.
All and any other storage device types. Ask us when you call.
Type of Data Recovery Provided
Work falls into two tiers. The tier depends on what failed, and we confirm it at evaluation before a partner case goes ahead. Reading a raw NAND dump is only the first step in advanced work, because the controller spread the data across the chip, and the files come back only after that layout is solved. Our engineers do that chip-level NAND work every day.
Partner Recovery Tiers and Typical Cases
Typical Case
Tier
What We Do
Deleted or formatted files
1. Basic
Software recovery of deleted or formatted files from a working device
Intermittent USB stick
1. Basic
Minor microscopic repair and minor circuit manipulation
Snapped USB connector
1 or 2
Repair the connector, or read the NAND memory directly if repair is not enough
Monolithic stick, SD or microSD that no longer responds
2. Advanced
NAND chip extraction and a raw dump of the flash memory
SSD that is not detected
2. Advanced
Revive the original controller, since the encryption key is bound to it
Scrambled raw NAND dump
2. Advanced
RAW hexadecimal data assembly and algorithm solving
Not sure which tier a case falls into?
Describe the device to a Data Recovery Advisor. We will tell you which tier applies before you register.
The program has two parts: a one-time registration, then the cases you send. Here is the path from first call to returned data.
Call for your sales person code. The registration form asks for it, and our advisors give it to you when we speak.
Register once. Complete the partner form below with your company details and create a password for your partner account.
Receive your partner ID code. It arrives by email after registration, and you quote it with every case.
Send the failed device to our lab at 9527 Knopfler Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89148, with the customer details you want attached to the case.
Get the evaluation first. We report what is recoverable to you, before any paid work is approved. If we recover no data, there is no data recovery fee.
Your customer relationship stays yours throughout. Questions about timing, shipping or pricing for your volume are best answered by phone. For a plain-language view of how the program works from the partner side, read our guide to becoming a data recovery partner.

"eProvided and Bruce were nothing short of amazing. I had three drives that crashed and had a tight deadline for a big project. He came through in the clutch and I was able to retrieve my files. AMAZING!!!" — H.G., Yelp, March 2023
"This drive had both critical school and personal info on it. I contacted eProvided and within days they had recovered every bit of the data for me. These guys are awesome and saved both my school and me a lot of heartache." — David Wall, Trustpilot, November 2013
"This company saved over 500 images for me from a Lexar corrupted compact flash card that even Lexar’s recovery software couldn’t restore." — Karen Fig, Trustpilot, May 2014
Partner Program Questions
QWho can become an eProvided data recovery partner?
AComputer repair shops, IT firms, managed service providers, photographers, law offices and other data recovery labs can all register. If your customers call you first when a flash drive, memory card or SSD fails, the program fits. Call (866) 857-5950 and we will confirm it with you.
QWhat is a sales person code, and where do I get one?
AThe sales person code links your partner account to the eProvided team member who set it up. The registration form requires it. We give it to you when we speak, so call (866) 857-5950 first, then complete the form with the code in hand.
QDo partners get discounted rates?
AYes. Partners receive partner pricing on eProvided services, so you can offer flash recovery to your own customers. Ask your advisor for the current partner rates when you call for your sales person code, because rates depend on the device type and the tier of work.
QWhich devices can a partner send?
AUSB flash drives including snapped and monolithic sticks, SSDs, and camera and memory cards such as CompactFlash, SD, SDHC, microSD and MS Pro Duo. We also take other storage device types, so describe the device when you call. Every partner case starts with a free evaluation.
QDoes the customer still belong to me?
AYes. You send the case, we report to you, and the customer relationship stays yours. We do the lab work on the device. If you want to know how a specific case will be handled, ask your advisor when you call.
QWhat happens if you cannot recover the data?
AThe same guarantee that covers our own customers covers partner cases: No Data, No Data Recovery Fee. We evaluate first and tell you what is recoverable before any paid work is approved. No lab can promise a result in advance, so the free evaluation is how both of you find out.
Register as a Partner
Fields marked * are required. You will create a password for your partner account as part of registration. Call (866) 857-5950 first if you do not yet have a sales person code.
Prefer to talk it through first?
Our Data Recovery Advisors are standing by to explain partner pricing and shipping.
Partners often ask about camera cards before they ship one. Our page on cracked or wet memory cards shows what we check first, and the same free evaluation applies to every partner case.
