NAND Data Recovery: Damaged USB

I just wanted to let you know that we received our DVD the other day with the data that you recovered. I have been able in the past to recover data from items like hard drives and cd?s, usually, or if I could not get them, it really did not matter as they were out-dated and no longer needed. Our non-profit has been setting up some newly donated computers to be used in our operations, which includes placing new hard drives into them. While normally we try to maintain copies of all files, we had one drive that was getting ready to crash, so we transferred just under 2 gigs of data to a flash drive so that we would have them in case the hard drive crashed on us.

I never got an opportunity to move the data off of the hard drive before it quit working and when I got to the point to add the information from the USB drive, it no longer worked. This drive held tons of data for our non-profit, disaster relief operations, images and more. I spend several days attempting to recover the data from this USB drive with no results. Damaged SD Recovery

I received the DVD with the 271 photos that you recovered from my defective SD memory card today, have uploaded the photos to Photoshop Album, and they appear to work perfectly! Thank you very much for persevering and recovering my photos for me! I consider it worth it, as I'm quite sure that I will never repeat that 15-day trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon in a 17' dory, four days of which I had recorded in photos on the SD you recovered them from.

I plan to contact Corsair to see what, if any, relief they will provide me, but my guess is that they will only agree to replace the defective 1GB SD with a new one if I return the defective one.

Hi my name is Steve and I live in the Texas Hill Country. I just brought a brand new digital SLR and a 2gb micro drive card, I took the camera out to test it to see if everything works ok and it did. The following weekend I shot a wedding for pay with the same setup and it worked like a champ. The next day I went to download the microdrive card in the computer and it showed a error message saying "access denied". I put the card back in the camera it also came up with an error message; not good I had over 370 photograph of a wedding on this card what do you tell the bride?
