Information for Shipping to eProvided:

When shipping your drive to us, please review our packaging recommendations below.

- Properly package your media using the following guidelines:

- Wrap the media in an anti-static bag or material.

- Pack the media in a box twice its size. Use foam or bubble wrap to secure and protect the media.

Upon Arrival at eProvided:

Your package will be checked and entered into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

- We'll contact you via the email you used when submitting previous form to confirm receipt of your shipment.

- You will be contacted with the results of our evaluation as soon as it is complete, usually within 1-3 days or less.

- After contacting you we will complete your recovery and backup your data to the desired media.

- We will ship your recovered data back to your address/location.
